The Environmental Committee

The Environmental Committee is dedicated to addressing the most pressing global challenges concerning the planet, specifically focusing on climate change mitigation, the pursuit of sustainable development, and the conservation of global biodiversity. The scope of its deliberations frequently encompasses critical subjects such as establishing binding targets for reducing atmospheric carbon emissions, accelerating the widespread adoption of renewable energy sources, implementing effective global waste management strategies, and formulating protective measures for endangered species and critical habitats.

Delegates are required to engage in rigorous collaboration to formulate and draft comprehensive resolutions intended to mitigate adverse environmental impacts, foster robust international cooperation on ecological stewardship, and implement actionable green policies.
