Forms to Apply for Delegates

The application process for the Conference consists of four stages:

Stage 1: Complete the 1st Form to indicate your school’s intention to participate. You are also required to provide the exact number of delegates as well as your country preferences.
Please note that this submission does not constitute the final country allocation.

Stage 2: The Executive Team will allocate countries and committees based on the preferences you have submitted.
Advisors shall not assign countries or committees to their delegates independently.
Official allocations will be communicated to you via email.

Stage 3: Complete the 2nd Form, entering the full name of each delegate, along with their assigned country and committee. The Advisor’s name and School’s name must also be provided.
It is essential that all information is accurate, as it will be used for certificates and identification badges.

Stage 4: Once all the above steps have been completed, your school’s participation in the Conference is confirmed.
